Meet Nugget! Nugget came into us as an owner surrender, he was bought when he was only 4 weeks old. This is way too young to be separated from his mother and siblings. Due to this Nugget missed a very important window of socialisation and getting guidance from his mother and siblings. Nugget will need a family who have experience with his breed or who have done there research and know what to expect from this energetic breed. Nugget will really benefit from his new family enrolling him in puppy training classes and continuing with on going training. He would love a family who are active and will take him on lots of adventures with them. Nugget could live in a home with another dog pending a dog meet, he would not be suitable to live in a home with young kids.  If you are interested in adopting Nugget the first step in the process would be to visit us here in the shelter and chat with the team, you can complete an application and we can then arrange a meet once he comes back from foster. We are open Tuesday-Sunday between 12pm-4pm and no appointment is needed to visit.
