Mobile Vet Clinic

Location and times

Our Mobile Vet Clinic has been temporarily suspended and we hope to re-open this service when Dublin returns to Level 2 of the roadmap for living alongside COVID. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. The clinic is currently being run on a STRICTLY BY APPOINTMENT ONLY BASIS and in line with COVID 19 regulations.This service will only operate MONDAY TO WEDNESDAY FROM 5-7PM.
Appointments will be for a 30 minute slot.

The DSPCA mobile veterinary clinic offers an affordable veterinary service to low-income communities, people in receipt of Social Welfare Payments and to those who are struggling financially to take care of their pets medical needs.

  • A staff member will call you back to book your appointment
  • Only 1 person allowed attend clinic with their pet
  • Please arrive at your allotted time only.
  • Fees and payments are required when you attend your appointment

  • Basic Check-up €25 (does not include medication)
  • Vaccination & Microchip €40
  • Vaccination €25
  • Microchipping €15

 

Neuter / Spays

Dogs

  • Neuter (male) €60.00
  • Spay (female) €80.00

 

Cats

  • Neuter (male) €40.00
  • Spay (female) €60.00

 

Prior to booking your animal in for any procedure or surgery, they must have had a recent check-up and been given a referral letter. These fees are not included in the neuter/spay costs listed above. All Veterinary fees and drugs are subsidised by the DSPCA and may be subject to change. If you require additional information please contact the DSPCA Shelter Vet Dept on 01 4994703

Please note All dogs being micro-chipped much be accompanied by their owner, along with photo ID and proof of address in compliance with new legislation.

For the Safety and comfort of both staff and clients, please ensure that’s dogs are on leads and if your pet is required to wear a muzzle, they must be fitted before you attend the clinic.  Cats must be in a carrier.

Emergencies are strictly at the discretion of the staff.  If your pet requires further treatment, tests or procedures, you will be referred to our shelter, located in Rathfarnham.   We do not have a walk in clinic based at the shelter. To visit Village Vets@DSPCA please click here.
