Caesar

Caesar came into the NSPCA through our inspectors. We don’t know exactly what he has been through in his life but what we do know is no dog of his age deserves to be in a shelter environment. He may have a few scars from his past, but they haven’t dimmed his gentle spirit and his big heart. He is currently receiving some veterinary care and we would love to find him a retirement home where he can live how many years he has left in comfort. Despite being an older man, he still has so much life left in him. He loves his walks and his favourite activity is a game of fetch. He will always find his favourite ball to play with. He is extremely smart and very food driven which will be great for training with his new family.! He walks well on the lead but would benefit from some basic training with his new family. He can be quiet when first meeting new people but with a few treats or a game of fetch he will be your best friend. Caesar is looking for a calm, caring home where he will be the only pet so he can soak up all the attention. He loves human company and will be a great companion to an an owner that he can share walks with and spend time in the evenings curled up on the couch. He will be best suited to a home with teenagers or adults experienced with his breed.

He is affectionate, loyal, and eager to share his love with someone who will give him the second chance he deserves. Can you give him his second chance?
