Meet Archie! This special boy arrived into our care as an owner surrender as unfortunately his owner had gone into hospital care. Coming into a shelter environment has obviously been a big change for Archie and he was understandably very nervous of his surroundings at first, but he has been incredibly brave and is starting to settle into his new routine and showing us his lovable, goofy side. Once Archie gets to know you, he is very affectionate, leaning in for some cuddles and reassurance. He still loves his adventures, going exploring with his nose and rolling around in the grass and would love to find a family that will bring him on lots of fun outings. He is such a clever guy too, and will work hard for some tasty treats. We would love to find Archie a quiet and stable home, where he can be part of a family again. Archie could live with another dog of similar energy, pending a meet. He is best suited to a home with older children or teenagers, due to his shy nature at first.
