Daisy came into the DSPCA as an injured stray. She had old injuries including a broken pelvis. After a lot of TLC from our Vet team and Animal Care staff, Daisy was ready to find her forever home but unfortunately due to a change in circumstance her family have had to make the heartbreaking decision to return Daisy to the shelter.Due to old injuries, Daisy walks with an abnormal gait and wears a little boot on one of her paws when on concrete. This does not stop her from living her life to the fullest and enjoying her walks. Typical of her breed she is a sassy character and full of personality. She would make a great addition to someone looking for a companion to spend their days with. We are currently working on Daisy's socialisation at the shelter and we believe that with the right owners Daisy would benefit most from living in a multi dog household. With only being able for short walks, she could really benefit from a doggie pal to potter in the garden with.
