Dublin Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals products and services—including images, text, and downloads are owned either by the Dublin Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animalsor by third parties who have granted the Dublin Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals permission to use the content. The Dublin Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals cannot grant you permission for content that is owned by third parties. You may only copy, modify, distribute, display, license, or sell the content if you are granted explicit permission by the Dublin Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals or the third party.

Requirements for Allowed Uses 

For permission to be granted for any uses allowed by these guidelines, you must comply with the following four requirements:

  1. If your use includes references to the DSPCA, you must use the full name Dublin Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.

  2. You must include the following statement: "Used with permission from the Dublin Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals."

  3. Your use may not be obscene or pornographic, and you may not be disparaging, defamatory, or libelous to the Dublin Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, any of its services, or any other person or entity.

  4. You may link to Dublin Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals content by using either a plain text link with words such as "This way to DSPCA" and using a Dublin Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals logo. No other images may be used as a link to the Dublin Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals site.

Sharing of Personal Information.

We use the information we collect to provide the services you request.

We use your information to inform you of  other products or services offered by the Dublin Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, and to send you relevant survey invitations related to the Dublin Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals services.

You can stop the delivery of e-mail from us by following the instructions in the e-mail you receive.

We do not sell, rent, or lease our customer lists to third parties. In order to help provide our services, we occasionally provide information to other companies that work on our behalf.
