Currently we do not have an ambulance service on Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays.

Please do not use the email address or Facebook to report Emergencies.

If you require emergency assistance outside the DSPCA hours above,
please contact your local Garda Station or veterinary surgeon.

Before you contact the DSPCA, try to gather as much information as possible including:

  • a description of the animal or animals involved

  • the precise location of the animal or animals

  • the name and address of the person you believe may be
responsible for the cruelty or neglect

  • the name and addresses of any other witnesses that may
    be able to help.

The DSPCA has a dedicated and trained force of Inspectors and whilst we will endeavour to respond to all complaints as quickly as possible please remember that the DSPCA is a charity and is limited in its resources.
Unfortunately due to this we are unable to provide a 24 hour ambulance service.
